 Over decades of study and apprenticeship with masters of chiropractic, physical therapy, yoga, chinese medicine and other modalities, I've assembled the most time-efficient and effective approaches to health and well-being, and become close with a group of extraordinary instructors. 

I've interviewed these teachers for the podcast (coming soon). Some of them had their own videos; for the others I recorded their practices on audio or video for you to experience. In other cases, I'll be your instructor. Maybe you'll be inspired by one or several of the practices and find ways to incorporate them into your healthful lifestyle of active aging. Some of the instructors are available for individual coaching.
